Once upon a snowy Friday evening in 1975, a couple of advertising guys got together over drinks at Joe & Rose's to apply their combined creative talents toward the development of new and interesting ways to meet women. The result of this weighty conference was the New York Advertising Co-Ed Softball league.

The NYACSL plays a 15-game regular season weekdays from April through August with weekend playoffs that end in September. All games are played at Randall's Island.
